Traveling...

Faith and I have been traveling a lot over the past months. We started in Becket, Mass. and ended up in Southern California. Along the way we stopped off in Asheville, Beaumont, Houston, Austin, Spur and Denver.

We had a great visit in Texas with my family over Christmas. We got to see snow in Denver while visiting with Faith's sister and family over New Years. It was a major weather shift down in the desert of Palm Springs. We are continuing to have fun in the desert with Faith's folks.

But wait, there is more. We continued on our travels to San Francisco, where we visited with two of Faith's good friends, Yasi and Pat. They volunteered in Suriname for Peace Corps a year or so ago. Their advice and stories were awesome and very helpful. On our way back to Southern Cali we hung out in Thousand Oaks and visited a few more of Faith's good friends, Andy and Michelle. Then I flew off to see my parents and friends in Texas again and Faith went to Vancouver, Canada.

We met up in Seattle and visited with an old friend of mine, Jon. Seattle rocks! Once back in Morongo Valley, CA, we went to Joshua Tree (http://www.joshua.tree.national-park.com). We stayed at the 29 Palm Inn for a few nights.(http://www.29palmsinn.com)

Then back in the car and off to San Diego to get our atlas installed and see Katie, Faith's cousin. Katie is now a junior at San Diego State. She showed us a great time at Lips and we loved the show (and the women!). (http://www.lipsshow.biz/mainpage.html).

Finally off to D.C. tomorrow for our staging event before flying to Madagascar.
