No running red lights or stop signs ever.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Furthermore, at intersections, take on one of two behaviors:&lt;br&gt;1. Be a pedestrian. This means getting off of your bike and crossing in a crosswalk. People are used to seeing pedestrians and know how to react to this. This may be best for busy intersections when you don't see an opening to move out into traffic and act like a motorcycle. See #2.&lt;br&gt;2. Be a motorcycle. This means getting out in traffic, taking up a lane, waiting your turn in a line of cars, and otherwise behaving as a motorcycle. People know how to drive around motorcyclists.
